these oysters are grown in Barnstable harbor, 
a small harbor located within the waters of Cape Cod Bay. 
the bottom is mostly sandy, making for a clean flavor.  
the meats are extremely plump and very smooth with slight
flavors of seaweed typically found in Cape Cod Bay oysters. 
the finish sweetens slightly, but remains salty and very clean.
